Telephone Banking

Welcome to Ann Arbor Commerce Bank’s Telephone Banking Service. Through this service you will be able to access your account information, make transfers between accounts, obtain loan information, and much more. It is another way in which we make banking with us even more convenient for you. Transfers made after 5:30 p.m. or on weekends will be posted to your account on the following business day.  Any transfers made between accounts are subject to the rules for each account.

In order to access this service you need to dial
1.866.330.3233
toll free from any touch-tone telephone.

You will then be prompted for the bank two-digit access code – 05
which will take you to the Opening Menu.

A Personal Identification Number (PIN) is required to access your account information. The first time you use this service, your PIN will be the last four digits of the primary account holder’s Tax Identification Number (TIN). During your initial use of this service, you will be prompted to assign your own PIN to each of your accounts. To make it easy to remember, you may wish to assign the same PIN to all of your accounts. However, if there is an account that only you wish to access (and not other joint account holders), give that account its own unique PIN.

If you would like more information, please stop in to pick up a brochure with a flow chart that illustrates the many options available through this service.
